"..There was so much promise with Harper being in power..Most voters are going to think 'there is no way to get someone who is actually going to live up to the accountability''.. What if we had an election all about democracy and no one cared?..That is the cascading effect of the cynicism that we are seeing out there. The population becomes disengaged.
